Pink Heals

Dear Friends:

African American women have the least incidents of breast cancer but have the highest breast cancer mortality rates of any population in the United States. Early detection and aggressive treatment are vital to surviving breast cancer. Participating in a survivor support program during and after a breast cancer diagnosis has proven to be an emotionally grounding and inspirational health recovery as well as a prevention tool. All About Pink Breast Cancer Foundation’s education, awareness programs and support group encourage empowerment, healing, hope and wellness before, during, and after breast cancer treatment.

The All About Pink Breast Cancer Foundation is pleased to announce that its 1st Annual Mammogram Days, Pink Heals 2013, in partnership with Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. During this three day event, we will welcome the uninsured and underinsured to receive free mammogram screening.

All About Pink would like to extend an invitation of sponsorship to you for this event.

WHERE: Mercy Hospital and Medical Center

  • Daffodil Days All About Pink is giving hope to people facing breast cancer and saving lives by supporting the American Cancer Society Daffodil Days program. The Daffodil Days program is our chance to fight back against all cancer by raising funds and awareness to help beat the disease. While the Daffodil Days program involves offering daffodils every spring to donors in appreciation for their contributions, it is about more than just giving beautiful flowers — it is everyone’s opportunity to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays, where cancer never steals another year from anyone’s life.
